It was a long night (we weren't anticipating actually going home in a new car) but the team was super friendly, the dealership was very nice and had great amenities including a children's area and cafe- both were absolutely necessary that night, haha. He was friendly, personable, patient and understood our needs. We never felt pressure or like we were being rushed into a decision. His response time was great and we could reach him just about any time via phone, email or text. He was flexible and able to work with our difficult schedules, got us exactly what we were looking for and we felt good about giving him our business because we trust him. The car that we wanted was not in your inventory but he located one somewhere else and proceeded to have it shipped in. In the mean time we changed our mind about the accessories we wanted and he was able to accommodate that change with no problems When we picked up the car, Rick went over everything about the car with demonstrations on how to use all the accessories that were completely unknown to us. Our old car was ten years old so you can imagine how much difference there was. I have purchased many cars in my life time of nearly eighty years and Rick Rabe along with Bill Douglas of Hyundai of Clearwater, Florida are the only two salesman I would ever recommend to anyone. His attitude and demeanor are commendable and he made the car buying experience a pleasure. More

Did take another one for a test drive on that day, but we had to wait until Monday, June 2nd to see the truck that I was interested in purchasing. Lee kept in contact throughout the day and the truck was ready to go when we got to the dealership later in the evening. Took it for a test drive and everything was just as expected. We negoitated, finally agreed on a price and I couldn't be happier with the truck or the treatment that was provided by Lee. He really made this an easy and enjoyable process. No hassles and no pressures! More
Unfair drama I was excited about my purchase/leas of 2014 Jeep Patriot, however it was to my dismay I immediately detected a flaw with my vehicle. There was a ratt I was excited about my purchase/leas of 2014 Jeep Patriot, however it was to my dismay I immediately detected a flaw with my vehicle. There was a rattling under the hood, which could be heard when parking, and the Bluetooth which was installed by Golling was muffled as well as the traction light staying on, and I only had the car for one week. I notified my salesperson of problems who took a look at the vehicle and referred me the service department. When I went to the service department I explained to the adviser the problems I was having with my brand new vehicle. I was told to drop it off the following week. I informed the adviser that I didn't trade in my perfectly running vehicle to take on a problem vehicle with defects. I have never been sold a vehicle with defects before, but I see now that Golling is not really concern about its customers once they get your money. Maybe this is why a survey is conducted within 24 hrs of taking ownership of the car before anything can go wrong. I like my salesman very much but customer satisfaction is not just until you make a sell. I was hoping to refer some of my family and friends. But this experience has made me re-evaluate my feelings. My friend's salesperson stated if I had went through him, I would of been in a loaner, while the problem was fixed. Instead of having to wait for a courtesy vehicle and hope and that it arrives on time so I able to get to work on time, to pay my car note. More

Eric was incredibly knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process and within less than one day, I was driving in my new vehicle.
