Unfair drama I was excited about my purchase/leas of 2014 Jeep Patriot, however it was to my dismay I immediately detected a flaw with my vehicle. There was a rattling under the hood, which could be heard when parking, and the Bluetooth which was installed by Golling was muffled as well as the traction light staying on, and I only had the car for one week. I notified my salesperson of problems who took a look at the vehicle and referred me the service department. When I went to the service department I explained to the adviser the problems I was having with my brand new vehicle. I was told to drop it off the following week. I informed the adviser that I didn't trade in my perfectly running vehicle to take on a problem vehicle with defects. I have never been sold a vehicle with defects before, but I see now that Golling is not really concern about its customers once they get your money. Maybe this is why a survey is conducted within 24 hrs of taking ownership of the car before anything can go wrong. I like my salesman very much but customer satisfaction is not just until you make a sell. I was hoping to refer some of my family and friends. But this experience has made me re-evaluate my feelings. My friend's salesperson stated if I had went through him, I would of been in a loaner, while the problem was fixed. Instead of having to wait for a courtesy vehicle and hope and that it arrives on time so I able to get to work on time, to pay my car note. More

Lee kept in contact throughout the day and the truck was ready to go when we got to the dealership later in the evening. Took it for a test drive and everything was just as expected. We negoitated, finally agreed on a price and I couldn't be happier with the truck or the treatment that was provided by Lee. He really made this an easy and enjoyable process.
