Mopar Parts Department at Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I work on my own vehicle whenever possible. I always prefer to use the factory replacement parts when affordable. In the past I was convinced that there was no way that dealership part prices could ever compete with aftermarket part prices. That is no longer the case. Golling's Mopar parts department is now my first stop when I need to buy parts. The pricing is competitive with aftermarket and I admit that there is a sense of confidence knowing that each part is exactly what was specified for my vehicle on the day it was assembled. I recently purchased shocks, thermostat, power steering pump, and pads and rotors for my vehicle - all MOPAR - directly from Golling. In each case, the parts were very competitively priced - all competitive with the aftermarket auto part stores I used to shop at. I even bought tires and had them installed at Golling - for less than what it would have cost me at a tire shop. Even common things like oil filters, oil, coolant, or wiper blades - things I would have never thought to buy from the dealer were all very competitively priced and I chose to buy Mopar instead of aftermarket. I own a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 175,000 hard-earned miles on the 4.7L V-8. It looks and drives like new. I have no doubt that this is because it has only received Mopar parts. I usually don't write reviews, but I recently had a fantastic experience dealing with Golling's Mopar parts department. Their team was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that I knew my options and answered all of my questions. Aside from liking the Mopar quality and finding it affordable, I would come back to Golling to buy parts mostly because of the team that works there. More

The most fun I've had buying a vehicle ever!! I didn't wake up Monday morning planning to buy a new vehicle that day. At best I figured the vehicle I'd spotted late Saturday afternoon wouldn't be I didn't wake up Monday morning planning to buy a new vehicle that day. At best I figured the vehicle I'd spotted late Saturday afternoon wouldn't be available anymore or nobody would call me back since I was calling from WAY out of town at 9:08 in the morning. I was lucky enough to have Mitchell answer and he promised to get more information on the vehicle I was inquiring about and call me back. Within a few minutes he let me know that it was indeed available and over the course of the afternoon we made plans for me to make the almost 4 hour drive to come see it, and hopefully make it mine. The vehicle was washed and waiting up front when I arrived at the dealership for my test drive. The paperwork only took a few minutes and I paid cash for my new vehicle, right down to the penny, for the first time ever! Every purchase should be as fun as this! All the folks at Golling were professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. They know the meaning of customer service! And because of that I will recommend them to others in the market for a new vehicle, and I will definitely give Mitchell a call when it's time for another vehicle. More

Outstanding new car purchase experience! I went from bringing my 10 year old Pacifica (bought at this dealership) in for service to driving a new Dodge Journey off the lot in less than 48 hou I went from bringing my 10 year old Pacifica (bought at this dealership) in for service to driving a new Dodge Journey off the lot in less than 48 hours! When it was discovered that the suspension in my Pacifica was severely rusted I decided to put the repair expense toward a new vehicle. Fortunately, I was given Mitchell as my salesman. Buying a new vehicle wasn't even on my radar but Mitchell knew not only that a Journey fit my needs, he knew exactly which particular one was perfect within a few minutes of talking to me. I had only about 2 hours early that evening that I could free up from my schedule and came in for a test drive. Mitchell was right-- I loved it--- and bought it immediately. The price and trade in value were both excellent! I was impressed that by the time we signed the papers they had already taken my Journey off to be detailed. When I returned the next day at noon my old and new cars were parked together right in front of the dealership and Mitchell had completely removed all my personal belongings from the Pacifica for me which was amazing service!!! He then patiently made sure I understood the complicated Uconnect system and paired my iPhone with the Bluetooth! An overall outstanding experience especially for someone with a tight schedule!! They thought there might have been some mistake or gimmicks and even had me reviewing the loan papers; but he beat them completely fair and square and I couldn’t be happier with the deal. I waited 10 years to buy this car and while I tried to hide it; I’m sure these guys could see it on my face that there was no way I was going to leave without it that day. While lots of other dealerships would have taken advantage of that, Mitchell and Marty were fair and honest with me. More
