I looked at another dealer and wanted some very specific options and color combination on my Grand Cherokee. The other dealer did not have it and could not locate a vehicle configured as I wanted it. They did try to talk me into one they had on the lot though. I kept my last Jeep for 13 years and over 200,000 miles and plan on doing the same with this one so I wanted it to be exactly as I wished. I showed up at Golling and met Tim. Took one final test drive. He said he would take a second look and get back to me in a day or two while he tried to find the color and options I wanted. He thought he found one, but it fell through as it was already sold. He called back and offered to order one and said it would take 4-6 weeks. We cut the deal on the phone took my $500 deposit and it showed up 4 weeks later as promised! Was coming back from out of town the day it was ready, got there late but he had all the paperwork ready and we were sitting in the car with Tim showing us all the features and setting things up within 15 minutes. Sure made it easy! More
