I was in the market for a new truck and I stopped into Golling . I was working in the area and wanted to check out a Ram truck. When I began shopping for my new vehicle I went through the same process that I always do which is going to multiple dealers to get a trade in appraisal and check the availability and get a price of the vehicle that I'm looking for.The dealership was extremely nice and had an abundance of inventory to consider. Our salesperson Zac Baker was polite,very knowledgeably of the product and gave me the information that I was looking for.I really liked the truck,the price was great and I wanted to try something new, but in the end it was the positive dealership and salesperson experience that kept me from going to another Chrysler dealership to get a second price.When I was walking around the dealership showroom waiting for my purchase to be processed I was not smothered my salespeople.The building was large enough that they didn't all know that I was already working with someone but small enough that they watched me to see if I was looking for help.My wife and I have purchased and leased 7 trucks and 6 cars and I can honestly say this was the most straight forward and hassle free expierience . I had gone to another dealership prior to visiting Golling and was set on purchasing my new Dodge Dart, but thought the price was a little high. A few of my family members have leased cars through Jimmy and from the moment I walked in the door and met him I felt we knew each other for years. We talked about the Dart and some of the things I wanted on it, and by the end of the sale he was just as excited about the car as I was. The process was smooth and I ended up paying $50 a month less than the other dealership with all the added features I was looking for. I've dealt with a lot of dealers who are just trying to get cars off the lot, but Jimmy actually showed interest and wanted to make sure everything was perfect before I signed.
