I found a dealer advertisement on Craigslist for the exact car I wanted, after a months-long search for the right model year at the right price. I called the person in the ad who was quick to reply to my message and got me to a sales rep quickly since he was out of the office on the day I called. I arranged a meeting to test drive the car; I bought it less than a half hour after kicking the tires. As an informed buyer, I knew what I was looking for and at what price. Communicating this to my sales rep really helped narrow our conversation to exactly what I was there to do! Rubin was professional (as were all the staff) and was able to meet me at a price we could both live with. I feel like I got a lot of car for a good price and lifetime oil changes as well! I would definitely recommend this dealership. After dealing with scammers and obtrusive private sellers, I decided that if I could get a decent price at a reputable dealer, it was worth paying a minimal premium. I was not wrong. Thanks, Rubin! I normally do not write reviews for anything I purchase, but in this case I just had to! I am a working mom with two young, active boys. I needed to get out of my old lease because I was almost over my al but in this case I just had to! I am a working mom with two young, active boys. I needed to get out of my old lease because I was almost over my allotted mileage, and I knew it was time to get a larger, more family friendly vehicle. I spent quite a bit of time doing research online as well as on the phone, and finally came to the conclusion that a minivan was the way to go. But when I went to several dealerships near my home, I was completely disappointed with the customer service I received. I felt like I was getting the run around, that the salesmen were not being honest with me. When I walked in to Golling on a whim one morning as I was on my way to Target, I was pretty much convinced that I was going to experience more of the same thing. Boy was I wrong! Eric Adams was incredible!!! He was refreshingly friendly and helpful, and made me feel completely comfortable. He listened to what I wanted and needed in a new vehicle. He understood that I needed to be able to get out of my old lease vehicle. And he never once tried to get me to put more money down than what I told him I could afford. Eric found me a fantastic vehicle that both myself and my boys are thrilled with, and he kept my monthly payment within the range that I could handle. Not once did I feel as though Eric was being deceptive or that he wasn't genuinly trying to help me. He truly made my car buying experience a positive one!
