15 years ago we leased our first Chrysler vehicle from Golling and our sales person was Heath. Last week we bought our fifth Chrysler vehicle from Golling and our sales person was Heath. Over the years we appreciated the service and friendliness at Golling. Heath is very knowledgeable and kind person. He always tries to fiend you the vehicle you are looking for. He does not try to oversell you with a vehicle and or features do not want. Coming to this dealership gives you a relaxed and family like feeling. Nobody is trying to push you. The service department has improved a lot over the year and does now an excellent job. We never had any work done on our vehicles which was of poor quality. So next time anybody is looking for a new vehicle you should come to Golling and ask for Heath Weishuhn. More

Mike has always been fabulous to work with. He is extremely attentive and makes sure you know everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. I have found that Mike is far above the rest of the customer service advisors. I will go out of my way to work with Mike rather than calling the dealership blind. When I called for my most recent appointment (and wasn't talking to Mike), the person was rather curt about the shuttle. When I told her my work location she said..."well you know that if someone else is here that needs to go to Chrysler HQ, you will have to wait". She made me feel as if I shouldn't use the shuttle unless I was a Chrysler employee. If the shuttles are only for Chrysler employees, you might want to rethink this policy. In any event, I learned that when I call I will ask for Mike directly. More

I am now the very proud owner of my fourth Jeep Grand Cherokee. Last week Thursday I went to the Golling dealership to have my front tire looked at. While waiting, I spoke with sales person Heath Weishuh Cherokee. Last week Thursday I went to the Golling dealership to have my front tire looked at. While waiting, I spoke with sales person Heath Weishuhn about the possibility of getting out of my 36 month lease about 6 months early. He said it was relatively easy to check – all we needed to do was have my Jeep appraised and from there, we could determine whether it made sense for me or not. Once done with the Service department, I turned over the key to Heath. His appraiser needed about 10 minutes to determine the value of my Jeep. Heath knew I wanted another Grand Cherokee – so he researched the features I currently had and matched it up to the features found on the new Grand Cherokee. Much to my surprise, I was able to get into the 2014 model year, that had all the features from my 2011 model year, plus a lot of new features (I love the Uconnect 8.4A radio!). And, the best part of it all is that my payment is nearly the same I had been paying (a difference of about $17.00). The rest was up to me… all I had to was decide on a color. The following day I picked up my brand new Grand Cherokee – I chose the Granite Crystal Metallic. Buying a car and working with the sales staff is supposed to be extremely stressful. I want you to know it doesn't have to be that way! From the moment I walked into Golling Chrysler Jeep, I was met by friendly people who greeted me and introduced me to Mitchell. My past background includes customer service and it's my feeling you either have the ability to do very well or just make the motions. Mitchell definitely has this skill - he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, gave me great advice and made the negotiations extremely pleasant! Never once did I feel pressured or that I had overstayed the process. Past purchases with another dealership have not been this pleasant. I have a wonderful car, know I've made the right choice and will be emailing my association networks regarding their future purchases and to speak with Mitchell.
