Best, easiest buying experience ever! I called Mitchell based on a friend's recommendation on a Friday, hoping that he could meet with my wife and I the next day (it was her birthday!). My Jeep was experiencing a rare but scary "no brakes" issue. The mechanic assigned to the vehicle drove it home and, to his horror, the brakes failed on him too. We came in and sat down with Eric Adams and the experience couldn't have been better. Not only were we relaxed with him, he listened to what we wanted and worked really hard to get us settled in a new van. He explained everyhing to us and answered any questions we had. We understood everything he said. He had other customers come in to see him and he worked very hard to get us both what we needed in no time at all. It was quick, which is important to a busy family like us. We happened to get to the dealership a little later in the evening and he was willing to stay late to get us out that night in the new vehicle. With all of the paperwork not yet finished, he said he would bring me the van at my work the very next day at my convenience. It was great! I couldn't have appreciated that more. When he dropped the van off to me, we sat in it and he went over everything so I knew how to work all of the gadgetry. He spent about at least an hour with me. I will always come back to Golling and have Eric help us in the future. We have teenagers getting ready to drive and we will be buying many more cars in the future. I will also tell anyone who is ready for a car to go see Eric. We now feel comfortable knowing we have a great dealership to deal with and an awesome salesman to come in and see! Thanks Eric!!!
