We wenty to the Dodge dealership to check out the new cars. We really weren't locked into getting one "specific" car. We thought maybe a Jeep. Our salesperson was Ron Maltby. He was "very" helpful -- showed us many cars, was very up on each of the models and never made us feel that we were taking up any of his time with all our questions and decisions. It was also a very, very cold day and he still insisted on getting us an example of the car we were interested in from the lot. We finally decided on the Journey. Ron also made the purchase/lease of the car a very, very easy process. When we came to pick up the car Ron also insisted on personally going over every detail of the "bells and whistles" that come with these newer cars -- he was very patient with a couple of "senior citizens" who are just getting used to these "new fangled things". We definitely would recommend the Dodge car that we purchased and would also highly recommend that anyone that we send to the dealership seek out Ron Maltby as their salesperson. I went in for an oil change and to discuss a possible lease option for my daughter. The saleperson, Mike Bart was well informed about the cars in the show room. Amazingly, both my daughter and I drove away that night in new cars. It was late when we were finalizing the deal on my car and Murph Woznicki said he had a possible lower interest rate, but the bank was closed. I signed and left. The next day I received a call to come back in and sign new loam papers as Murph had gotten the lower rate. I was so surprised. The deal had been made, yet he tried and succeeded in getting a better deal. I will recommend both Mike and Murph to everyone!!! More

When I arrived at the dealership Saturday afternoon, Mr. Wally Rutkowski greeted me and we began discussing what I was looking for with my next vehicle. Golling had a vehicle in stock which met the features I wanted so Wally pulled the Dart from stock so that I could test drive it. The test drive made my decision easy that the Dart was my next vehicle. The paperwork to determine the lease rate and duration was straight forward and quick. I requested that the Dart be ready Wednesday afternoon for pick-up and it was fully prepped and ready for delivery. The remaining paperwork was ready and took less than 30 minutes to complete the entire delivery process. I had been searching for a car to replace my 1994 Mecury Sable most of the summer and because of having bankruptcy on my record I had no luck in finding someone that would even speak with me. On January 21st I searched your website and found a Saturn Vue that I was very interested in so I called your phone number and spoke with Linus Lee. He made me immediatly feel comfortable during the phone conversation. I arranged to meet with him on Tuesday. During my visit with him he was honest,and caring, and did not make me feel pressured. Because the car was not available for a test drive due to repairs being made I made arrangements to come back on the following Saturday. When I arrived for the test drive Linus was honest enough to point out that during inspection of the vehicle he found that the gas cap door was broken. Linus took it upon his self to order another for me. Alot of other dealers would not have pointed that issue out to me. Also, it was a snowy day and the car had been cleaned up for test drive. Linus talked to me about the vehile inside and not outside where it was cold. I would like to say through this whole process Linus would say "I want this to be a happy experiance for you" Well he went above and beyond making the purchase experiance a perfect experiance. Because of Linus I have a beautiful 2008 Saturn Vue at a reasonable price. In closing my brother who is handicap due to a stroke was with me on the day that I test drove the vehicle. When we pulled up Linus came out and assisted my brother by getting his walker out of the care and assisting him to walk into the dealership. I will be recommending Linus Lee and Golling Chrysler Jeep to people that I know who are in the market for another vehicle. More
