Problem with UConnect. Thought I would save time by going to a nearby Ram dealer to service my vehicle. Not a good decision...it sat in their lot for (4) days. All professional...from the time I dropped it off until picking it up 2 days later. Needed oil change. .A/C wasn't right. Everything fixed great... Had a clanging notice near back of car. Never mentioned...BUT..driving home..OMG..when going over a bu .A/C wasn't right. We own a 2023 excellent experience I had with MY Service Advisor Jonathan Katovich, The Service Manager Greg Edmund and The Technician named Gerard. We own a 2023 Ram Promaster 3500 High-Top Extended Work Van. It is very important for us to keep this van on the road 6 days a week and Golling Bloomfield has helped us meet that goal even thru some challenging rare issues where Chrysler Engineers had to assist us. Previously we had the van maintained at 2 different dealers in Macomb County. Both dealerships portrayed an attitude that we were a bother to them! By chance, we ended up with Jonathan Katovich as our Service Advisor even though he actually works on the Alfa Romeo, Fiat side. Now we get all service on our work van at Golling Bloomfield.
