This was my second or third visit to a jeep dealership attempting to find a quality service experience, I went because of the great reviews on here. I went on a saturday, which was clearly a mistake but i attempting to find a quality service experience, I went because of the great reviews on here. I went on a saturday, which was clearly a mistake but it worked for my schedule. I came in with a genuine concern about my tires being out of round or that something wasn't balanced correctly due to a vibration at a specific speed. my service advisor greeted me with disdain when i told him I wanted help diagnosing a problem and seeing the tires on the balancer myself to know what the issue is. after going back and forth and needing an oil change I waited a very long time to be told that I have cupping on my tires. I asked for the specific measurements for each tire and they gave me a one-liner stating the general service report. these guys tried their best to do absolutely bare minimum. when I got home I realized a tech scraped my fender flare with the torque wrench. Didn't even bother contacting them after my experience to raise that concern. If you want to feel respected and not hear rude or inappropriate comments in the waiting area by other employees of this dealership, please go somewhere else. More
I had Mike Weinstein as my service advisor for my most recent trip. He was perfect! Very patient and helpful and got my vehicle back to me fixed in a day. Usually, I don’t have a problem with this dealer. My last visit to get an oil change I asked them to top off all fluids because I thought my transmission fluid and power steering fluid were low. The experience with the oil change was good and checking for some lights on dashboard were checked out and all was good and they took care of a previous issue. They did send me to the service desk because for some lights on dashboard were checked out and all was good and they took care of a previous issue. They did send me to the service desk because of a cam shaft sensors they wanted me to get checked out and make an appt for service and one gentleman that was handling the appt maybe was having a bad day, but when I called to reschedule appt I got Kelly from service and she answered all my questions and gave me wonderful service and I’ll be happy to meet her in person. More
