Hassle free, in and out! My vehicle had a recall, which is an inconvenience to find the time to take to the dealership, since this could only be done during Mon.-Fri. However, My vehicle had a recall, which is an inconvenience to find the time to take to the dealership, since this could only be done during Mon.-Fri. However, I called in advance and was informed the parts were available. Pulled up to service dept., was immediately greeted by someone, took basic information and I was done in 2 minutes. I left my vehicle there and they called me when it was done, picked up my car and only had to sign and again I was out the door within a couple of minutes. My car looked great, as they did a complimentary wash (that my car so badly needed). Everyone was super friendly and ready to help! Will definitely be coming back for future needs! More
