Our opinion of the Goodson Acura Dealership was formed by our interactions with Emily Coffer, our Sales Representative, and Arthur Dee, the Sales Manager. From the moment we walked into the dealership, the our interactions with Emily Coffer, our Sales Representative, and Arthur Dee, the Sales Manager. From the moment we walked into the dealership, the environment was very friendly and inviting. Emily was attentive and listened to our questions. Her knowledge of the Acura products helped direct us to the models we should consider. After test driving several models on multiple visits, we never felt pressured to buy. Arthur Dee provided optional alternatives to buying vs leasing. Since I had never leased a car before, I had many questions that Arthur answered. Emily and Arthur were so personable, by the time we made the commitment to lease, they felt like part of our family!! More

I had a Freon leak and took my MDX to Goodson. Car had 51K - just over the warranty. Goodson (and Robert) were great with the communication and the service. And the loaner was much appreciated. I did try 51K - just over the warranty. Goodson (and Robert) were great with the communication and the service. And the loaner was much appreciated. I did try to have Acura honor the warranty or some of it but had no luck and was disappointed with that. The leak may have occurred through the winter months and if i had flipped on my AC earlier it would have been known earlier. Que será será. I was very pleased with Goodson though. Outstanding service and follow through. Robert Patton was great. More
