From the moment I arrived at the service department bay, I was greeted with friendly and attentive service reps. Eric Johnson was attentive and professional. The service rep that helped me with checking out and bringing time to my vehicle was also attentive and professional. The customer lounge area was arranged so that I could work in a private area away from the TV and conversations which was so helpful. The only concern was that my car was not well washed. The windshield still had bugs, doors were dirty, and front grill was dirty. I wasn’t expecting to have it detailed, but a bit more attention would have been great. The AC work seems to be exceptional in fact it seems like my car feels cooler than it did when I purcha helpful in providing great service as usual.
