I’ve been taking my 2009 to this dealer since moving here in 2015 and they have never disappointed minus one instance at checkout which was quickly responded to. Otherwise the Intake reps and checkout has been a wonderful experience. Any intake rep I’ve dealt with has been patient with my questions and always understanding of what I am financially comfortable paying at the time of service. For example, past two appointments, after identifying needs, they were able to advise on which items would be best to address immediately and which could wait. This helps a lot when some of the regular maintenance items can be thousands if taken care of all at once. Checkout reps always have a smile. Even though my vehicle is one of the oldest that come through I feel I am treated and respected just like a brand new customer driving in with one of their latest models. The management team is truly training and maintaining amazing people with an amazing culture towards customers. More
