Dane has been my service advisor for several years and through (now) 3 MDXs. I can't say enough GREAT things about him. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. He schedules my service so that Moises can pick up my MDX and leave a loaner at my office. If something is going to take a bit longer, they switch out my car seats so that I can be ready to pick up my kids without having to make extra trips or be late to pick up/drop off. My most recent visit was unexpected, but because of a very low tire. I called Dane and right away he offered to have Moises come pick it up even though it was almost 3:30 in the afternoon. I actually was able to drive it to the dealership, but Dane was right there to take care of me. My tire was fixed in a very short time, and he even asked if he wanted them to wash it for me while it was there. (I mean, it was a bit dirty.) Dane and Moises are and excellent representation of the type of service and friendliness you will find at Goodson. More
