I was reluctant to shop there because past experiences at the Ford dealership wasn't great. New mazda dealership exceeded my expectations. Not pushy, kind, good information, made the process easy. Even the p the Ford dealership wasn't great. New mazda dealership exceeded my expectations. Not pushy, kind, good information, made the process easy. Even the paying process right in office connected to open space. We wanted to see particular car and had to be dug out and Cassie moved all cars without hesitation. Another salesman helped with the delivery part cause Cassie was off. The team works well together. I will recommend this dealership to others More

Great service. My process of getting a new vehicle was so easy and there was no pressure. Anthony helped me tremendously, couldn't be any happier with my new ride. Initially, everything seemed perfect at the dealership; the staff was amicable, and the process appeared transparent. I traded in my 2021 Honda Civic with 42,000 miles, of which I was the sole owner and in the staff was amicable, and the process appeared transparent. I traded in my 2021 Honda Civic with 42,000 miles, of which I was the sole owner and in excellent condition, for a 2019 Ford Edge, as I was looking for an SUV with more space. They assured me that the Ford Edge was in excellent condition and was indeed certified by Ford. However, during the test drive, I felt a slight vibration when accelerating. When I inquired, they assured me everything was fine. But upon driving on the highway and reaching 75 mph, a terrible noise emerged. I recorded a video, sent it to the dealership, and they suggested it might be road noise, which clearly it was not. When I took the vehicle in for inspection, it was confirmed that the torque converter was damaged. They mentioned the part might take up to 3 months to arrive but assured me it was safe to continue driving the vehicle. Although they eventually took the SUV into the shop earlier than anticipated, my dissatisfaction remains because the SUV was not in the condition promised at the time of sale. This incident has turned into the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Their lack of honesty and responsibility has been overwhelming, and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. They are dishonest, unreliable, and their actions have truly been a scam. More
