1:40 appointment. Car sat parked for an hour. Took another hour for the 'works - oil change'. I requested the recommended 0w20 Mobil 1 synthetic. Dealer used 5W20 inst Car sat parked for an hour. Took another hour for the 'works - oil change'. I requested the recommended 0w20 Mobil 1 synthetic. Dealer used 5W20 instead. Called Randy Seichter to question the substitution of oil and he explained it shouldn't matter. Not a terrible experience, but it reminds me of why I always switch to doing my own oil changes. Thanks for asking. More
