Personnel were all helpful, interested, and understanding. Selling us a vehicle with and bad/noisy gear box and numerous failures to start became a problem for all of us to deal with. Fortuna understanding. Selling us a vehicle with and bad/noisy gear box and numerous failures to start became a problem for all of us to deal with. Fortunately, my wife did not have any medical emergencies that would have been compromised if we had not been able to start our vehicle when needed. Fortunately, we were able to find a way to get a jump start without any bad delays when time was critical. It might have been better to resolve the problems before completing delivery. Our reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because of the circumstances, not the care and effort of staff. The inconvenience, cost, and frustration associated with those problems seem to diminish when we see a satisfactory outcome that results in a nice vehicle that we look forward to use for years to come. More

People were friendly and efficient at my last visit for service. I came in for an oil change and checkup on my 2011 Ford Edge. Dakota called after the service was done. We were out of town, so I said that it would probably be after 5:00 pm that we would pick up vehicle. We decided to get truck since we were on I-90. We were out of town, so I said that it would probably be after 5:00 pm that we would pick up vehicle. We decided to get truck since we were on I-90. Picked up about 2:00 pm. I paid for vehicle and asked where keys were. I found out that the keys were left in the vehicle. I know that my truck was parked in front of service but since I had said we wouldn't be there until after 5:00 I question why the keys were left in the truck. What happens when you leave after 5:00 and my truck is still there. Would Dakato remember that the keys were in the truck. I really do not like this part of my service, this has never happened before. More
