The staff is nice, but their service department cannot be trusted. I've been bring my vehicles in for service for almost 6 years now. I've bought my past 2 vehicles from them. My current SUV was purchased trusted. I've been bring my vehicles in for service for almost 6 years now. I've bought my past 2 vehicles from them. My current SUV was purchased from them. I recently brought it in for new tires. During that appointment I was asked for the locking lug nut key. I wasn't given this key when I bought my SUV new from them and wasn't told I would need it. My tires were supposed to have been rotated at previous service appointments and I was never asked for this key during those appointments. I was charged for new lug nuts because they supposedly had to break the locking ones off. So I was either lied to about my tires having been rotated or lied to about the key being needed when I had new tires put on. Avoid these liars and take your business somewhere else. More

When I bought my Ford Focus in, I was told they did not have loaners. To find out they did. The issue with my car should be under recall but it isn’t…yet! The charge of $176 to find out what was wrong with my car is outrageous, but I thought it would be under a warranty or recall. The cost to fix the power steering rack would be over $2500! So I thought I would trade in and get a different car. On Monday Salesman #1 Joel Z. said he would help me and in the afternoon he said he would call the next day around 1. Tuesday around 11 I called. He had the day off! Salesman#2 Mitch took over. Called back and forth and he asked me to give him some time. I went in and he said it was difficult with my very low credit score of 540 very loudly. My score is low but not that low per Credit Karma. He said something like they don’t score correctly. He did tell me he had Wednesday off but would call me on Thursday to let me know what his sales manager could help. No call by after noon on Thursday. On Thursday the Janesville Nissan dealership was able to set me up with a car. It took them hours for what Ford dealership could not do in four days! Not acceptable! Just tell someone they can’t help do not just avoid a person. More
