Awesome Customer Service I purchased a certified Lincoln and within 2 days noticed the tires were soon in need of replacing. Being that it was a certified vehicle the tread ha I purchased a certified Lincoln and within 2 days noticed the tires were soon in need of replacing. Being that it was a certified vehicle the tread has to meet a certain level which it did not. When we brought the vehicle back to show our concern they were very apologetic and took care of the issue right away. I am more than happy with the service provided and promptness of replacement.
