I think the service appointment went very well. I called for an appointment for service on a Monday got a spot on Tuesday when I wanted. I got to the dealership my truck was taken in right away they I called for an appointment for service on a Monday got a spot on Tuesday when I wanted. I got to the dealership my truck was taken in right away they said about an 1 hour and that is what it was. My truck was washed and serviced like I was told and I was on my way. Outstanding service! Had both headlights go out on my car and did not have a clue why. Contacted Gordie's service department about possibilities and after some consultation, they had me come into the center first thing in the morning with no official appointment. Not only did they take me in on short notice, but assessed the issue immediately and did an oil change within a timely period. They also had outstanding customer service with their shuttle which helped me out in a pinch! Would recommend this group to anyone! Thank you More

I have a Ford, a Toyota, a Jeep, and a VW. I wish the others would provide service as excellent, fair, and polite as Boucher. Not at this time. I had a nail in my tire. Which was covered, so I had to purchase 3 new tires. That was ok. Had to have a alinement, that was ok. But they said I needed new lug nuts because they were s covered, so I had to purchase 3 new tires. That was ok. Had to have a alinement, that was ok. But they said I needed new lug nuts because they were stripped. This was not ok as all my work has ever been at your dealership. So who’s fault is it for my lug nuts being stepped??? This doesn’t seem right to me. Can you do anything about this ? Thank you More
