The Lincoln I purchased last year was in for service again for the fifth or sixth time! I've only put 5000 miles on it. Gordie Boucher has spent more time with the car then me. I get it back from it' again for the fifth or sixth time! I've only put 5000 miles on it. Gordie Boucher has spent more time with the car then me. I get it back from it's previous visit and notice the roof trim has a factory defect and the hood is full of chips on the top(not in the front like rocks would do on the highway). Service rep calls me and says car is out of factory warranty now even though I purchased it less than a year earlier and tells me I need to use the aftermarket warranty to cover the roof trim and pay the deductible! Okay doesn't seem fair or honest but I paid it. Then I waited about a week with no rental to use, When I get it back the hood chips where not addressed at all! Foolishly thinking this was a one time bad experience I leave my Wifes car for an oil change on a Friday morning only to have them lose it and not get it back to me until the following Tuesday after several calls to find out where it was. 2 stars is generous! Don't you think? More

Brought my 2016 Ford Escape in on August 21 because the front impact sensor light was on. I was told this was not covered under my extended warranty. I then had to pay $$171.65 to find out it had to be re front impact sensor light was on. I was told this was not covered under my extended warranty. I then had to pay $$171.65 to find out it had to be replaced and another $324.43 to get this replaced. I will never get another extended warranty. I also had some issues with the under engine shield coming off. I may consider other models besides Ford for my next new vehicle. More
