Service was OUTSTANDING AS USUAL .Mechanic TOM YOUNG ,has serviced my 2011, F250 Diesel Truck since I purchased it right from the factory. I always request TOM for my service work. I have purchased several vehicles from Gordie Boucher of West Bend over the past years. Three years ago my wife and I moved to Tennessee. When I looked to replace my F-150 with a 2021 model I checked four West Bend over the past years. Three years ago my wife and I moved to Tennessee. When I looked to replace my F-150 with a 2021 model I checked four dealerships in Tennessee. The four dealerships together did not equate to one Boucher! I am 1400 miles round trip from Boucher and I still decided to order my new truck from them. That should speak volumes about their dealership.
