Brought a 2020 Transit 250 in for issue with trailer running lights not working, after 2 hours Nathan called and stated van was done and ready for pickup (bill was $240). I was super pleased until I got home and hooked up to trailer and still had no running lights. In confusion I hooked trailer up to another vehicle and trailer lights worked perfectly. Called and rescheduled an appointment for vehicle to come back. Dropped van off at 8 am on Thursday. Later that day Nathan called and stated a second key was needed to program BCM, I said go ahead and order second key and program BCM so we can get this fixed. Key came in Friday morning and I waited until 1pm to call and get an update. Nathan stated BCM would not program and I needed a new BCM. Issues did not make sense, and I was irritated with a lack of communication, so I asked them to put van together and have ready for pickup. This is a company van, and we needed for a job on Monday, and we could not have it sitting at a dealership for multiple days. I had asked Nathan if the shuttle service could give me a ride to pick up that same day. he stated yes, I will have someone pick you up at the daisy lane circle address. I waited around all day, but no one had showed. Saturday morning, I get a ride in to pick up the van and I was hit with a $460 bill. I asked the Lady in service what was this all for and I was told she was not involved in the work, and I had to pay in order to take the van. So far, I have paid $700 for repairs to a vehicle with the same issue I took it in for. Very irritated with the whole situation! More

Had my car in for nearly 2 months even though they knew the issue within 20 minutes. Took a month just to order necessary part. They called saying it was done and can drop it off. Said they would call me back to set up a time to drop it off. 40 minutes later they are at my home unannounced on a WORK DAY with my car. They never even asked if I was home before leaving. I was late to work. The person they sent knew absolutely nothing about my car and unable to answer my questions. My car wasn't running properly. I will never use the dealership again. More
They did not fix my problem said it wasn’t bad enough yet! That’s crap there is somthing wrong they should have fixed it now it just going to get worse and maybe wreck somthing else and it’s still under yet!
