Brought can in on Thursday told them where it was towed and slot it was dropped off in. They did not know it was there even though I spoke to 3 people in the service department both on the phone and in per and slot it was dropped off in. I had to rent a car so that caused me to have the rental at least 3rxtra days!! The service person said they did not offer loaners even though I have gotten a loaner before for repairs!! They also did mot offer to give me the lower corporate rate at enterprise!! I dropped off my car not to long ago and the service department gave me the lower rate for the rental that I needed!! Also asked three times for an oil change while it was there for a week!! Was assured the oil change would be the last thing they did before I picked up my car!! The oil change was NOT done!!! I also asked if they could put the spare tire in the trunk. They did not do that! I spent $3000 on repairs you think they could do the things I had asked and give me the dealers rate on the rental!!! I had asked for an oil change which was never done even though I asked my rep three times for it!!! I had almost $4000 worth of work done on the car!! I also asked if they could move the spare tire from the backseat to the trunk I didn’t think that was too much to ask considering how much my bill was and how long they had my car!!! It costs me $1200 for a rental car!! They could not give me a loaner???? Was not happy at all with the service I received!! Hopefully the repairs were done correctly!!! The least they could have offered is to pay for the 4 extra days that I had to rent the car!!! More
