Everyone we interacted with was nice, attentive and understanding of our wishes. However, so many times we were told information that did not come true. We were told the new car we had ordered had understanding of our wishes. However, so many times we were told information that did not come true. We were told the new car we had ordered had been delivered, so we came in on a Friday to finish the process. However, the car did not pass inspection and needed a part to be replaced; they said the part would be delivered and repaired on Monday. We went in on Monday and the part still had not come in and they had no idea when the part would come in. The dealership should not have told us the car was ready until it was passing inspection. So many times we were hopeful to take home our new car just to be let down. Second, when we came in on Friday, the finance manager told us we might be able to qualify for promotional rates through Ford backdated to the date we placed the order. When we came in on Monday, it was a different finance manager working and he had no idea what we were talking about when we told him what the other finance manager was telling us. The whole process was disorganized, and as new parents to a 3 month old, we wasted a lot of valuable time at this dealership. We will not be purchasing cars through this dealership again. More
