I specifically requested an oil change when I called to request service, and on the envelope at the late night key drop off, it was not completed. I had a noise coming seemingly from the front but it seemed to be more from the drive train rather than the from engine. When she called me to inform me of the cost I was hoping it would have been a warranty covered thing and briefly mentioned that. I did some looking on the drivetrain warranty from Ford on the internet and I then called and left her a message. She looked further into it and found the bearing part number was not listed as a warranty item but she called the Ford rep and explained that I only had about 46K miles and they agreed to cover it as warranty. Thanks Angie and Ford! We will be back in the future and hope we have similar care!! More
