Very pricey On the checklist my lights checked out all good but I was in there for a broken taillight so obviously my lights were not all good. So disappointed that it now costs $159 to just bring your car in, even when we told you what the problem was. It would be one thing if you do the Dianostic ant then repaired the car and took some of the dia car in, even when we told you what the problem was. I bought a Transit Connect in April and there some emission parts on back order at time of purchase. Well, end of June the parts finally showed up which was a good thing because my plates were suspend emission parts on back order at time of purchase. Well, end of June the parts finally showed up which was a good thing because my plates were suspended June 2nd due to not being able to test without the check engine light on.Nothing like not being able to drive a vehicle but pay on it. Chris the used vehicle manager was supposed to let me know the parts were in but have never heard from him. Instead I heard from our salesman that the parts were in. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take all day. There was also a locking lug nut that was not removed when the vehicle was traded in. Thankfully that was covered for no charge. I got a call at 10:30 in the morning that everything was done. So much of this transaction could have gone sooo much better. More
I have been going to Boucher Ford in West Bend for several decades. Their service department has been a bit of a weak link in the past.
