I called 3 weeks prior to appointment to set up recall service. Appointment was made, reminders sent, then I get there and NO PARTS. when i first inquired about this vehicle was talking with John the used car manager told me we had some wiggle room in the price. when I came back to buy this vehicle John had been on vacation. Josh went back to talk to somebody they said they wouldn't budge cuz they had somebody else looking at the vehicle behind me. so the dealer did not keep his word. so wood I recommend this dealer to anybody I don't think so wasn't looking to break the bank on this vehicle had seen the exact same vehicle a year newer less miles for a thousand less that's all I was looking for it's a shame because I thought this would be a dealer I would look forward to working with again thanks for listening.
