An immediate greeting and direction would be helpful. On the entrance to the personnel door, a down spout and elevated drain leak water on the walking working surface which presents a slip, trip, and fall hazard especially in the winter when the water would freeze. There is no barricade or warning line to prevent the workers from walking into the flow of traffic Good follow debrief provided after service. More
