I was looking for a very specific car (Ford Fusion Energi Platinum). Joe let us drive a different trim level to see how we liked the performance of the EV and Hybrid, and then helped us locate exactly the car in the color we wanted, found the car, and the whole team helped get it to use a week later. I was able to get a new 2016 Ford Edge for the same price another dealer was going to charge for a used 201 I had an amazing experience with Boucher! I was able to get a new 2016 Ford Edge for the same price another dealer was going to charge for a used 2011 Ford Edge. In addition, they gave me phenominal deals on the warranty and on the oil changes (cheaper than any discount oil change place), Most importantly, I really felt like they really wanted to get me a car that not only met my needs but exceeded it at a cost I could afford - Peter Sebetic went above and beyond to make this happen. Next time I get a new car, I'd DEFINITELY go to Boucher. Highly recommended! More

Lying and deceptive practices by sales staff and service dep This was my first purchase with this dealership and I am very aggravated and unhappy with their sales staff and service department and will never buy This was my first purchase with this dealership and I am very aggravated and unhappy with their sales staff and service department and will never buy from them again or take my vehicle back to them for any repairs or service. 1. We were deceived about the value of the trade in of an excellent condition 2011 Mustang GT California special with all of the bells and whistles. We were told that it would have to be sent to auction because of a recall and they would only receive $17,000 for the vehicle so we were offered $16,500 only to find out two weeks later that it is posted on their website for sale for $26,498. 2. When we got home, the 12 volt outlet cap on the rear of the center console of the new f150 had been snapped off and just placed on the plug while it was being cleaned during purchase. It was brought in to be fixed, so the service technician instead of ask or research how to fix it they broke off the lower plastic panel from the top portion shearing the plastic rivets holding two components together that is not supposed to be separated, it is one complete unit and also breaking one of the plastic retaining clips to replace the 12 volt cap they broke and placed the panel back as to look like everything was fine even though the panels no longer lined up due to being broken I have zero trust in them and will never do business with them ever again and encourage others to do the same. More

I had been working with salesman Alex and finance specialist Denise concerning a deal on a 2015 Ford Expedition EL. I had been in contact with them for two weeks going over the details line by line. On Tuesday Sep 13th, 2016 we finalized the deal and scheduled Thursday as the pick up date. Now today, Thursday, and I am being told my deal has changed by two different managers, as Alex and Denise are not in the office. They raised the price by $850. They said the inaccuracies I was being told would be handled internally and that the price is firm. I told them that they should honor the deal that was made, this is a $40k vehicle mind you, or else I would walk. They kept telling me it wasn't their fault, it was Alex and Denise who lied to me concerning the deal. My girlfriend and I spent two weeks working with them over the phone and over an hour at the dealership to be told its not their fault or their problem. More

Right from the start, his first email, he hit me with the lowest deal I had seen in a year and a half of research. He let me test drive all I wanted. Low pressure. Dealers will make their money on you or they wont sell. My sales person Wade just took all the guess work out. I honestly feel it was a win-win for both parties and there was none of the typical stuff we hate about dealers. Highly recommend - if you are looking for a Ford in SE WI hit them up. More

Grant breezed through the vehicle contract with me and even saved me some $$$ on the warranty by helping me customize a plan that was best suited for my needs.
