Bradford recommended what service should be done based on our mileage but did not pressure us to do it. He quoted us a price, and even though he had to leave work, the next person we worked with saw the note our mileage but did not pressure us to do it. He quoted us a price, and even though he had to leave work, the next person we worked with saw the notes in the system and honored that price. Stopped in to check out another vehicle so I figured I’m close to needing the first oil change on my Bronco so I asked the service write and he stated that they could handle that and should be out of there close to needing the first oil change on my Bronco so I asked the service write and he stated that they could handle that and should be out of there in roughly 45 minutes. Completed the service work and everything is good. Also looking to purchase a convertible. More
