I love the service team. The courtesy car pickup and drop off.... but my tire sensor warning light is still popping on and off. I chose the latter because it was already one in the afternoon and I needed to grab lunch... they were very apologetic about the situation, and reassured me it would be taken care of on my next visit. There was no communication of pricing before I had my 30,000 mile service done which I thought was just going to be an oil change with a few things. They didn’t give me an estimate and after they were finished with the service I got a phone call to pay almost a thousand dollars. Another thing they can’t seem to communicate properly is the pick up and drop off service. Every single time so far they cannot get my location right or end up calling me not knowing where to go. They really took out the convenience part of the “free” service. I had to stay after work on at least 3 occasions waiting for my vehicle to get returned to me. More
