after oil change and tire rotation, the rear right back up sencer was stuck on. My guess is that the F150 was just washed and it was freezing outside. Easy to book oil change. Very timely service. However, was not asked if I wanted to use FordPass rewards and given a bill to pay for $43.12. Bought a used car for my daughter. We didn't go cheap, we bought a 2013 Chrysler 200. The sales price on the internet was ~6400, but when we got to the dealership nobody really knew what the price was unt we bought a 2013 Chrysler 200. The sales price on the internet was ~6400, but when we got to the dealership nobody really knew what the price was until my daughter showed them on the internet it was marked down. Seemed like a decent car, so we decided to boy it. They drove the title to us, which we signed and paid. Found out they charged us an extra 399 or 499 for some bogus fee, so the car ended up being more than what was advertised. Got it home, only to find 5 leaks, it wasn't cleaned, an old door panel in the trunk, tires were low in air and some of the fluids were low. Try calling/emailing them, no response and if they did call/email back, they would call/email my ex husband instead of me who was the one calling and sending the emails. I mean I gave my email and phone number, so not sure the deal on that. Took the car to a local dealer and got one leak fixed, we paid. Sure they offered to pay it, but they weren't sure how they were going to. I finally sent pictures of all the leaks and they agreed to look at it. They found an oil gasket pan leak. When the service guy called I said, there is more than one leak, but he swore he only found one. They did fix and pay for the oil pan gasket. Pick it up, bring it home, two days later still leaking. Finally get them to call me back after 2 days and I get nothing but a crappy sales response from the sales manager that I bought a used car and they couldn't do anymore for us. He tried to tell me it was run off from the oil pan gasket change or that the leaks just started. I know they didn't because I have pictures from day one of bringing it home. Long story short, I will never buy another car from this dealership again, new or used, because an $8000 car that I've had for a month has been in the shop 3 times. Note: Please do not offer to call me, I'm done dealing with your dealership and have already talked to your sales manager. I'm putting this review out here to warn other people, not to get anything from your dealership. More
