Had huge backlog of vehicles waiting to be repaired,but scheduled us upon arrival,unfortunately parts were to arrive on Wednesday August12th,but did'nt arrive until August17th the following Monday. I was told this appointment about a recommended service that I should have had I believe 10k miles before. I couldn’t get it done because it was an extra $750. Also, I waited for my vehicle.
