Robert was awesome. This by far wS the best service I have seen. I called Robert and told him my 2017 Explorer hood had bubbling paint on it, he asked me the year and milage. And said he would call me b have seen. I called Robert and told him my 2017 Explorer hood had bubbling paint on it, he asked me the year and milage. And said he would call me back in ten minutes. He called in 8 minutes and said to bring it in on Monday for a hood replacement and he needed the car for 2 days. He call on Tuesday at 10 am and said it was done. And the paint matches perfectly. I was looking for a Ford Escape in a very distinct color. I came in to take a test drive one afternoon. We found that our Salesman, John Hassell extremely helpful. He knew a lot about the vehicle and answered our questions with ease. I loved vehicle I test drove, however it wasn't the color I desired. The manager and the sales team were able to find a match to the vehicle we desired. The overall experience was such a pleasant one. Customer Service was excellent. More
