I scheduled an oil change in advance. Appt was for 4:00pm. I showed up at 3:45 and the vehicle sat untouched until 4:30. I finally left the dealership at 5:05pm. Brought in my new 2020 Escape (purchased here) in for "the works" service. I booked my appt online which was a very efficient process. I waited in their comfortable customer lounge and my service was co "the works" service. I booked my appt online which was a very efficient process. I waited in their comfortable customer lounge and my service was completed within 30 minutes. Everything was checked over, oil changed, fluids topped off, lights and wipers checked, and tires rotated. I had enough Ford points to cover the whole thing and I'm good for another 5K miles. :) More
