A standard oil change appointment took 90 minutes from start to finish and this is unacceptable. Furthermore, the wheel lug lock was removed from the glove compartment and then just left on the passenger start to finish and this is unacceptable. Furthermore, the wheel lug lock was removed from the glove compartment and then just left on the passenger seat and the previous oil change sticker was crumpled up and left on the seat as well. I won’t even get into details on the waiting lobby experience. :( More
