Being that I was an out-of-state purchaser, I relied very heavily on my Gordie Boucher sales person, Brian Schwanke. From my first inquiry about the vehicle I wanted, he far exceeded my expectations. He took time to send me a video of the car, drove the vehicle himself to give me straight forward feedback on it. He worked within my budget and was very respectful of it. All of my questions were answered quickly. I never felt pressured in any way. The day I drove home the car, Brian picked me up at my hotel and took me to the dealership, which gave me more time in the vehicle I was buying. Once at the Boucher dealership, I was treated very warmly and welcoming by everyone. The signing process happened quickly. JR had me ready to go in less than an hour. I was in a bind in need of service for my car but couldn't find anyone that had "time" to help with my vehicle. I have a history with Gordie Boucher so I called Bouche auto dept and asked if they cou couldn't find anyone that had "time" to help with my vehicle. They without hesitation told me to bring my Lincoln Nautilus in, they took care of my problem, explained exactly what the issue was and I left feeling really good about my situation and experience with them. For now on I'm going to bring my vehicle to Boucher and when it's time purchase another Lincoln; they're going to be my first choice. Thanks for providing a wonderful experience with me!
