We waited 9 months for our brand new Lincoln Navigator SUV that we ordered and then when we went to finally pick it up, there were scratch and swirl marks on the brand new car! We then showed it to our s SUV that we ordered and then when we went to finally pick it up, there were scratch and swirl marks on the brand new car! We then showed it to our salesperson Greg, he was great and got the service people involved. The service manager kept asking us to view it in different lights when there clearly was an issue no matter what light it was viewed in. They finally agreed that yes it was a problem, but the soonest that they could possibly get it in to correct the issue was a month out. Disappointed to say the least. More
