The service person who greets you was not great. He really had no personality…quite a difference from Quintin who I have been lucky to get the last couple of times. After paying I ended up waiting He really had no personality…quite a difference from Quintin who I have been lucky to get the last couple of times. After paying I ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my car to get finished. It seems that the service person failed to tell the garage people I was waiting. In the future I will ask for Q- even if I have to wait for him. He is outstanding & very knowledgeable! More

I live in Milwaukee & a little hesitant to drive so far south to look for an auto mobile. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I pulled up. It took me about 30 minutes to find the car I wanted. It actually was at the Waukesha dealer, & the young man picked it up & filled the tank. The financing went faster than I thought it would. Signing & initials on the tab was great.
