I brought my vehicle in for warranty repair on my scheduled appointment only to find the part wasn’t ordered so I had to reschedule. This is the third new Ford f150 I’ve bought, I’ve been happy with ford until now. Build quality and service are not what I’m accustomed to from Ford. I’m thinking I should have switched to Dodge Ram. Joseph was very nice and professional. He let me know that I needed new tires I explained to him that my tires aren't that old and I purchased them from Ford, he said he would follow up on He let me know that I needed new tires I explained to him that my tires aren't that old and I purchased them from Ford, he said he would follow up on that. The warranty is is 90,000 miles I only had little more than 30,000 miles on those tires. Joseph is awesome. More
