The latch on our glove box broke, and we stopped while on a trip at Gosch Ford to see about ordering it. The parts department guy, Carlos, was SUPER nice!! As we were only going to be in town for a week, he suggested ordering it to be delivered to our home dealer as it was coming from Tennessee and probably wouldn't arrive in time.
