Chris Vecchi at Gosch Ford Temecula was very personable and very helpful when servicing my car for an oil change. Though my car is not a Ford (its a Nissan) Chris and everyone at this dealership were welco and very helpful when servicing my car for an oil change. Though my car is not a Ford (its a Nissan) Chris and everyone at this dealership were welcoming. My air conditioner was making a buzzing sound and Chris was knowledgable and honest and recommended me to a mechanic he trusted as the dealership did not have the parts to fix my car as its a Nissan. Very poor and scary service department. They lost my service papers for days, charged me for services without authorization, and after I paid the cashier they returned the car without completing the req service papers for days, charged me for services without authorization, and after I paid the cashier they returned the car without completing the required services and the service manager’s right hand person actually said the car was fine to drive, which was also unethical and untrue.
