Service delivered as promised at reasonable price. Needed plugs replaced on a 2006 Ford F-150. Shopped around. Spoke with Cameron at Gosch Ford. Dropped off the vehicle, got a shuttle ride to my nea Needed plugs replaced on a 2006 Ford F-150. Shopped around. Spoke with Cameron at Gosch Ford. Dropped off the vehicle, got a shuttle ride to my nearby office. Cameron kept me updated on progress then contacted me when done. Got a shuttle ride back to the dealership. Cost was as quoted. No upsell for additional services. I'm not usually one to take my vehicles to a dealer but this was a good experience. More

Left the old part under the hood and didn't finish the job Got a vapor regulator changed out. The old part was left on the radiator and the new part wasn't even bolted down all the way. It's ok though, I disposed of the old part and finished installing the new part that the mechanics at the dealership we're paid good money to install. I've always taken my truck in to Ford dealerships... For the second time GOScH auto in Temecula has failed me. The previous time they decided to run my credit report despite being told not to. Shoddy work and un trustworthy. It's amazing they have more than 1*. Wish I could rate it a zero. More
