Joe Britton was GREAT. He was quick to address my engine light concern. He informed me it was covered under warranty, but had to order the part. I returned two days later (my scheduling, not his) and he had it fixed within a short time. He answered all my questions and then some. Very energetic and helpful. My last two service visits were proof that Gosch Ford gave me better service than Toyota. More

Nick was very attentive to my needs. Engine warning light illuminated, being from out of State, had to address it promptly. I drove in late in the afternoon without an appointment. Batte Engine warning light illuminated, being from out of State, had to address it promptly. I drove in late in the afternoon without an appointment. Battery was found to be the problem and promptly replaced under warranty. Nick continually kept me up to date on the progress of the diagnosis and repair and had me back on the road within a short time. More

Gosch was able to accommodate our schedule for an appointment. Due to the fact that some of the issues appeared to be intermittent and electronic (unexpected error messages) I was skeptical that they appointment. Due to the fact that some of the issues appeared to be intermittent and electronic (unexpected error messages) I was skeptical that they would address all issues. They were able to diagnose half of the issues and seems to have addressed them. However it did take 3 days which seemed excessive for the work that was done. All the work was diagnosis and programming so I would have expect quicker turnaround. I was disappointed in the response to a few items however. When I asked about why service history and my extended warranty aren’t listed in my FordPass app, I was told, “Don’t worry about it. We have the records in our system.” Which is ok I guess, but then why does the FordPass app have these items as options? And the app says if my records aren’t listed to contact the dealer. In the service summary it was noted that the error messages may have occurred due to low voltage, yet no attempt was made to investigate why the system voltage would be low. Battery? Charging system? Voltage regulation? No attempt to find true root cause. More
