Nick is the best!!!! I went for my service on my truck and Nick told me was time to do the transmission.. I ask him how much time need because I need the truck back by 10.45am. Service Excellence Since moving to Temecula, we serviced our Ford F350 with Dave Sanchez. On one experience, I had the truck break down just days before last four of Ju Since moving to Temecula, we serviced our Ford F350 with Dave Sanchez. On one experience, I had the truck break down just days before last four of July, when we had a big camping trip planned in South Lake Tahoe. Dave Sanchez stepped in and saved the day! He got us on the road and our big camping trip a success. More recently we purchased a 2020 Ford explorer ST from Grody ford in Carlsbad CA. We have had the vehicle a little over a month an a half and it has been in the shop at least 6 times. I took the vehicle to Dave expressed our disappointment with the purchase. He directed me to Ford corporate for customer service and now the buy back process has been initiated. We lover the ST and wish to get another one that actually works. Dave represents the best in Ford customer service and would highly recommend the dealership and Dave. More
