She has been so pleasant and helpful through the years that I will go back to her when we need a new car. More than that though our service person Kenn Olson has been extra kind and helpful through the years. Recently my car's stearing went out luckily when just backing out of my garage. I called Ken as my husband was not home. He told me to call Triple A to have it towed the 15 miles to the dealership. When I called to see if it got there Ken told me that he looked it up on the recall list and found a recall on my car. As a result our car got a rack and pinion replaced for free when it would have cost us about 2000.00! However more than that Ken has been extra nice and helpful through the airbag recall with making sure that we had the rental car that was right for us over the four months that we couldn't drive our car. I commend Gosch Ford for having these two valuable employees and thank them for doing so. More
