Tony resolved my issue quickly, personally, and professionally to my satisfaction. My first interactions with the Internet Sales Consultant (Derek Hum) were also above reproach. The dealership initially dropped the ball when I had to speak to a gentleman that identified himself as a Sales Manager. The name I was given turned out to be incorrect, so I'm not sure who I interacted with. I am happy with the effort by Tony to resolve my concerns. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
