Terrible experience I’ve been getting my lease car from Goudy for a couple of years now, and this time it was a terrible experience. It took more than 6 hours to complete I’ve been getting my lease car from Goudy for a couple of years now, and this time it was a terrible experience. It took more than 6 hours to complete the transaction. They also almost gave me the wrong car which I only found out after all the papers have been signed since they didn’t show me the car first before washing it nor signing the contract. The second car which is what I wanted took more than 1.5 hours before the car wash was to be completed. I have 3 kids with me who were very hungry, due to the length of time that it took. And yesterday, got a call from Ruth, was scolded actually why I never answer my phone and that the contract was incomplete and they forgot to put miles/ year. First of all, I told her I don’t answer calls from unknown number, unless they left me a message of which company they are calling for and for what reason I would not respond to it. She asked me to come over to have the contract be signed again, and I told her that I don’t have a free schedule until next week. So she wants to send someone over at my work to have this contract be signed, that’s way too professional to be done at my work. I don’t think that’s appropriate as I don’t want to have my personal business be splash at my work place. If I can have a 0/5 stars, that would be the rating. For sure, I’m not getting any other car from goudy after this contract ends, nor am I referring anyone. More
